Hougang Rivercourt is bounded between Tampines and Hougang. Overscoop joins HDB's neighbourhood center on 1 May 2022. Taking a spin on the interiors, Overscoop Hougang Rivercourt is decorated with bright yellow furnishing and poured cement floors.
